It’s rare to find lemons grown here.  But I find that lemon is such a great fruit to have in the kitchen, for salads, fish or just adding it to drinking water.

After watching this video, I figured i had nothing to lose to try it using the seeds from my store bought lemons.

I started out with 4 seeds, stripped, placed in between a moistened paper towel and inside a ziplock bag.


12 days after.

I debated whether to put the sprout looking things in or above the soil.  Turns out they are roots so i put them in first.

#1 had a little perlite in the mix.  #2 was pure Ramgo medium.

Let’s see how they will do.  Excited to see the first sprout.
