Bagoong Rice

One of our favourite Thai dishes.

 

I am allergic to seafood, so I shouldn’t be eating this.  But if there is any seafood ingredient that I can not resist it is shrimp paste (bagoong).  And this dish has got to be one of my favourites.

Mix everything together and add more cilantro.  Let its sharp flavor contrast with the saltiness of the bagoong and the sourness of the green mango slices.

Delicious.
