Baby leaves are browning! What’s up?
Senior gardener friend says the Basil is dehydrated. I’ve been watering it every other day. Seems it’s not enough. Daily watering now. I fill it up to the edge of the pot and let the water drain.
I’ve read somewhere though, that the baby looking leaves are the cotyledons which sprout from the seed. When true leaves come out, the cotyledons fall off. I hope that’s it.
